Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be inspected and processed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn. If you require assistance regarding your order, please reach out to us via email or live chat and our team will be happy to help.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to submit claims for missing parcels after this period.
We take customer satisfaction seriously and will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be received in the same condition they were delivered, including original tags, packaging, and any accompanying materials.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are returned without their original tags or packaging may not qualify for a refund. Returning products exactly as received helps ensure your refund is processed without delay.
